OUR CHOCOLATE

Our close relationship with the cocoa farmers allows us to collaborate with them to create the perfect cocoa beans which our experienced chocolate makers then turn into the perfect chocolate bar.

While most of our cocoa farmers can’t afford to be organically certified (an official ‘organic’ stamp requires a hefty price tag) their cocoa beans and trees are grown without the use of pesticides or chemicals – a fact that our Head Chocolate Maker Antonino can attest to, as he sees first-hand how the cocoa is grown.

55 Percent

55 PERCENT Semi Sweet

Our semi sweet chocolate has a longer conching time which results in a velvety smooth, milder chocolate which is perfect for those who aren’t dark chocolate fans but still prefer a chocolate that isn’t too sweet.  It has plenty of toasted almond and raisin flavours intermingled with dried fruit notes.

27 Percent

27 PERCENT Milk Chocolate

Fans of fudge, caramel, burnt butter and toasted hazelnuts will love our creamy milk chocolate which is made with premium full cream milk powder and just the right amount of sweetness.

70 Percent

70 PERCENT Dark Chocolate

The rich Tanzanian soil the cocoa beans grow from gives our 70% dark chocolate tropical fruit flavours like ripe banana with a refreshing lime kick. You’ll also taste flavours such as dried guava roll and dried pear with a lightly toasted hazelnut finish.
