OUR CHOCOLATE

Our close relationship with the cocoa farmers not only means that we receive the freshest beans packed full of flavour, but it also allows us to collaborate with them to create the perfect cocoa beans. And when these cocoa beans are passed into the hands of our experienced chocolate makers, the perfect chocolate bar is created.

While most of our cocoa farmers can’t afford to be organically certified (an official ‘organic’ stamp requires a hefty price tag) their cocoa beans and trees are grown without the use of pesticides or chemicals – a fact that our Head Chocolate Maker Antonino can attest to, as he sees first-hand how the cocoa is grown.
